If we would like to move forward, I will work on a design presentation. This is a series of hand drawings as well as a price and timeline. There is a non-refundable design fee discussed at consultation, but this is rolled into the deposit if we move to Production.

Once we have a design and timeline locked in, a 50% deposit is made to begin production. The design fee is rolled into the deposit. Material is ordered and production begins. Progress photos will be provided. The remainder of the cost is paid at completion.
